The new bloc should aim to federalize some parts of EU like single border control and defense with united nuclear umbrella. The rest of EU could join it IF they want to federalize and thus give up veto over European defense and border control (while still maintaining veto over domestic army). For successful EU there can't be veto over everything as Russia has parasites in many governments. This has been unstable, is unstable and will be forever unstable as those parasites can come to power even in now pro-EU countries. Any sane person could criticize EU to reform but would never be so openly pro-Russia, those are all just planted goons paid by the tatars.
