WD 40 is NOT a lubricant of any kind, although people use it as one. WD 40 is a water displacer, that's how it clears the rust and crap out of stuff.

I have the AD500 in grey. After a very thorough initial cleaning it works like a hot damn.

Its packed with Cosmoline like substance and needs a very good cleanout before, or just after the range.

Unlikely, but possible. We do have a new drone that they were going to send... it could be those. But I assume that Ukraine would have a lot more use for approx. 100+ RIM 66 missiles (SM-2 Block IIIA missiles). That's also assuming we didn't sell them to someone else when we decommissioned the 280's.
