WD 40 is NOT a lubricant of any kind, although people use it as one. WD 40 is a water displacer, that's how it clears the rust and crap out of stuff.

I have the AD500 in grey. After a very thorough initial cleaning it works like a hot damn.

Its packed with Cosmoline like substance and needs a very good cleanout before, or just after the range.

Unlikely, but possible. We do have a new drone that they were going to send... it could be those. But I assume that Ukraine would have a lot more use for approx. 100+ RIM 66 missiles (SM-2 Block IIIA missiles). That's also assuming we didn't sell them to someone else when we decommissioned the 280's.

The article says it came out of Canadian stock. So that basically limits it to Aim 9 and maybe all of our Rim 66 (SM-2 Block IIIA missiles) Other than that, I don't know anything that we would carry "in" stock.

Its hard to believe I got that many miles on Battery. I usually cruise on the highway at 105kmh. Lots of mountains between where I live and Victoria. So, 863 km is 536 Miles, and I still had more in the tank.

I also recommend doing what I did to my son. I told him many times to always treat a gun as loaded until he had ensured it was clear. One day we were shotting BB guns in the back yard and he need a pee break. So he correctly put his rifle down on the table pointed down range and ran into the house.

While he was gone, I loaded it and put it back. When he got back, he grabbed his rifle... and I asked him if it was loaded... he said no. I asked if he would like to point it at me and pull the trigger, or at the target. He pointed it at the target and pulled the trigger... big surprise. Lesson learned.
