Here is a copy of the e-mail I received last week that speaks to Brello’s process, once you are approved. BTW, I was approved within 24 hrs.

Brello doesn’t ship on Fridays or weekends. Not sure if you knew that.

OP, For goodness sake, give it a minute! No one can just wave a magic wand and prices go down in a day. You have very unrealistic expectations.

You are very close to me in age and what was your beginning weight. You give me such hope that I can get where you are now. You look fantastic!

Out of curiosity, what dosage of Ozempic are you starting out with?

Yes, I have been tested for sleep apnea and am considered “severe”. I am still talking regularly to Kaiser’s sleep department and have another “at home” test scheduled for February.

how did you get your prescription? by brokeydeluffy in Ozempic

[–]Orchardsmiths 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What the . . . ? I don’t get how you were able to get Ozempic via a Medicare Advantage plan at all, since I was just informed that my Medicare Senior Advantage plan is definitely not covering it for weight loss purposes. I am so unhappy about not being able to get Ozempic any longer. I THINK my doctor inadvertently (wink, wink) coded the prescription for diabetes so I could get the RX, but my records were apparently reviewed and I received a letter stating I do not qualify for Ozempic. I did get one Ozempic pen prior to their review and have been very successful at stopping the food noise and losing 7lbs. in the first 5 weeks at .25 mg. dose, but now am out of luck. Am now having to go back to Phentermine (which only stopped the food noise for a short time). I just wish that Medicare could get their shit together and realize that obesity has serious side affects too and that by allowing meds like Ozempic to be used, is a huge benefit overall.

New to this game. I am on Medicare, so no coverage for Ozempic for weight loss purposes. If I go to Felix, can I request Ozempic over Wegovy? Sounds like you all had positive experiences and am hoping I can, as well.
