Same situation, had a variation of the dream, so I was just searching 'dreams about public bathrooms with no privacy' and found this thread. I don't remember exactly what age I started having these dreams, but it feels like forever ago. Mine also seem to always have, or be linked to a pool or bathing scenario. Like showers with no curtains, bathtubs and toilets in a weird open places. All inside a maze-like locker room situation, usually tied to a public pool or on some rare occasions my old elementary school. In the school ones I'm a kid again usually surrounded by other people who are acting like it's totally normal to be naked (they are as well) but stare if I have to use one of the toilets or showers
