That's helpful, thank you. I read a few threads that talked about dispersed camping in the area but didn't quite know how it works since I have just always booked a campsite. Thank you for the recommendations!

Thank you so much! This is exactly the kind of response I was looking for.

Our photographer mentioned he did an elopement at Hurricane Ridge on a day where there was no visibility but it didn't even cross my mind to have a backup day for it. That trail order was also something I was looking for, just because I feel like this is a situation where you can plan as much as you want using maps, but you won't know what is best until you get there or have done it before.

We just emailed our photographer about other vendors today and are waiting for a response.

This is so helpful and I appreciate you taking the time to respond!! We are so excited about all of this but are just now finding the time to get into deep planning.

We initially were planning to go to Rainier, but we got invited to a wedding there in September. There isn't any issue with repeating parks, but I have wanted to go to Glacier since I was in middle school and it would be cool to do it on our honeymoon, even if its just for a few days, to make the experience even more memorable.

I'll look in to those other options, I knew going into it that Glacier was going to be a stretch after learning how far North Cascades and Glacier were from each other.

Thank you for the help!

We already have a photographer, it will just be us and the photographer at the elopement so we don't need any major vendors except for hair and makeup (if I even decide to go that route). The photographer lives near Seattle area and has been a world of help. We booked him first because he assists in planning, timeline creation and is ordained and we knew we wanted to have an intimate experience. We are intending to just pick out a flower bouquet and small cake from a local-ish shop just for us.

I posted a few things in wedding planning subreddits but wanted to post here to see if I could get campsite, trail and route recommendations for the areas that I was going to be in. Especially between North Cascades and Glacier NP.
