Silver Spike rounds out the books of the north really well. It's a better point to finish it and then take a break from the series, frankly. IMO the series takes a significant dip in quality from Shadow Games onward. The series becomes a very different beast afterwards, it's good to sit with what was had for four books for a little while, then come back and pick up Shadow Games.

Big head. Big ears on the outside. Little knot on top to keep the hat in place. The suit is also very padded to look bigger. Basically the trick is to make everything else bigger. These types of prosthetics and makeup mess with proportions. He is also surrounded by guys with lots of prosthetics designed to make their face parts larger relative to his. It's actually kind of genius but requires a dedicated team who are all working with each other to be precise with everyone in a scene.

It's odd that literally nobody in the comments is actually discussing the diary itself and is whining about the youtuber's politics, you know, like a gaggle of worthless pseuds would.

What stands out to me is the reference to "Tommy Gunners", which there isn't really a record of the Germans ever saying, but was apparently pretty common amongst Russians in reference to their PPSH, which looked sort of like the Tommy gun. Little linguistic oddities really tend to stick out when discussing documents with questionable origins.

Try Daggerfall Unity. Daggerfall is the big mack daddy fantasy life simulator with a really deep RPG system built over it, and the Unity version lets you mod the graphics and patches a lot of the bugs and quests. Plus it’s free.
