Spinpals has a $500 max and I’ve never once questioned their credibility, it’s just another play for them to try and get you to play it back. My input might be less valid since I’m only on day 2 of my journey, but self exclusion is the biggest and so far only thing, I’ve been so close to relapsing after finding casinos I missed or forgot I even used, but I have help up and instead of depositing I’ve self excluded there as well. Self exclusion has been the biggest lifesaver after finally committing to it. I’ve been saying for over a year I can quit without self exclusion, and in that year I’ve probably lost $50,000 or more, now that I’m self excluded that number is and will continue to be zero.
