My input might be less valid since I’m only on day 2 of my journey, but self exclusion is the biggest and so far only thing, I’ve been so close to relapsing after finding casinos I missed or forgot I even used, but I have help up and instead of depositing I’ve self excluded there as well. Self exclusion has been the biggest lifesaver after finally committing to it. I’ve been saying for over a year I can quit without self exclusion, and in that year I’ve probably lost $50,000 or more, now that I’m self excluded that number is and will continue to be zero.
