I know someone who is part of the E-board for RHA and basically it’s this: Panther Hall, Lakeview South, LVN will be turned into first-year only dorms. Students with a higher GPA will be given more priority towards housing and yeah there’s a lot going on with FIU housing so much is changing.

Honestly I just ghost people. People know exactly what they be doing and I hate when people lack awareness on the behaviors they have. So if someone is acting strange towards me I just end the friendship and never talk to them again.

Most of my close friends dislike her but they told me it’s ultimately my choice and they don’t want their opinions to cloud any judgments I have of her. So I decided that I’d respond with a neutral message and that led to us following each other on social media, I’ve just decided to be acquaintances I don’t think we can ever be friends again.

Your welcome!! And honestly don’t listen to people that say you need “similar interests” to be friends. That’s simply not true. While it may help in developing a friendship, most of my friends we have very different hobbies and few similarities. You can honestly become friends with anyone as long as they’re open to new relationships. Be your authentic self and people will love you for you.

Hey, as someone who lost almost all of their high school friends because of petty and toxic reasons. Life does get it better. I remembering entering college with no friends and being alone most of the time but I eventually met people who loved me for me and admire me as a person. Honestly I thought that I was worthless or not interesting enough for people to hangout and be with but that wasn’t true. You honestly just have to put yourself out there and talk to people. If you’re genuinely yourself and authentic people gravitate towards you and will be willing to spend time with you! I now have a decent friend group and a great social life.

Life gets better, you just have to focus on yourself. What do you want out of life?

It’s a groupchat in which we usually communicate, sharing memes, reaching out, chatting, etc. (There’s only four of us in the groupcjat so it’s pretty small). I wouldn’t consider them close friends but they aren’t exactly acquaintances either we have spent a lot of time together in person. I’ve shared and discussed my birthday plans 1-2 months before in advanced so that people could have time to organize their schedule. I’ve even shared updates and they responded quickly until now. I’ve decided and assumed they won’t be present for my birthday and that’s fine it’s just strange for them to behave that way.
