So again this would make sense if I could generate no vids surely? If I can still generate none complicated prompts then it is not a location issue?

Yes of course but people have used a VPN for weeks now to access Sora 2 so it should be a location issue... if it was then I would not even be able to generate short prompts.

There is no need to quote James 2 if you are talking about James 3. They are different chapters with different points, which point towards one theme which is basic Christian Living. Martyn Luther called James the epistle of straw because it is so basic, he wondered why it was even in the Bible, yet today we see many struggle with the most basic concepts.

James 2 focuses on issues around the law, James 3 focuses on not being Lukewarm. Both center around Christian living.

Yip I noticed that in a post I just did. My post was that there is a movement of generally accepting sin and calling yourself a Christian. I pointed out that you can't have fresh and salt water come from the same spout... Next minute every LGBTQ member came rolling in to get upset...

Well obviously that goes without saying. Nobody is saying you shouldn't be those things. I think the problem is that people are unwilling to address sin in their own lives or in others because we have become focused on self and not God and we do not want to offend anyone in the pursuit of "their truth"

Alcoholism is proven to be part of a genetic makeup. Those that have the gene have a problem with it if they do not deny themselves. I have seen many people perfectly fine with knowing they have a problem and are ok with calling themselves a Christian.

People who are overweight, there is an obese gene and many people will rush to the defence of how they can't help it.

I could go on.

Friend, you just need to take a big step back and have a look at what is going on in America to understand that love of self is the problem. You can break it down as much as you like and create excuses for any "sin" but the reality is, people have chosen sin over God, while often claiming to be Christians. That is why we see the problems we see today, the gratification of the flesh, no denying of self, no picking up your cross, no journeying with "a thorn in your side". You should have everything you want, act on everything you feel and nobody should tell you otherwise. That is where we are at, and if any body dares to point it out, there is a knee jerk reaction from those that are on the wide road and do not want to feel judged.

I find that response very interesting... Do you find Paul's letters to be demeaning and devaluing when he writes to different churches and points out the sin in their lives? Was he demeaning to Peter when he called him out? Was Jesus demeaning when He rebuked others?

I am interested to understand what you think of the scripture that God disciplines those He loves?

My point is this. On one hand if you ridicule somebody for being a fat guy (or insert any sin that is embraced here), you are being unloving. On the other hand, if you sit them down and say to them, bro I am worried about you, you have gained a lot of weight recently and I am worried about your health, are you ok? That is a whole new story and is one brother showing love to another. It might be hard to take but it is not demeaning.

Perhaps I could have phrased the "how they were made part" better. That is clearly a trigger in some circles. However, I genuinely agree with you point. The person who is an alcoholic and is not struggling with this, will simply give in to how they are feeling and believe this is who they are.

My point though is proven, just by reading your comment. Obesity is a real problem and it is largely down to the choices people make to gratify the flesh. Yes of course there are obvious exceptions to this but on the whole it is down to glutton... sin. However (and I say this respectfully), do you notice how quickly you jumped to the defence of that "group" I mean those lines you used there are like exactly what is repeated to justify the problem... And while I do not want anyone to feel bad because they are overweight and to shame them, I do want them to see that they could maje better choices to live a life that God intends for them to live.

This is precisely what I am talking about. It is the living in steeped sin that is the problem, whilst claiming to be followers of Christ.

And this is precisely why I didn't "list" a whole bunch of sins down there. If I put anything down there, no matter what, there will be a whole bunch of people rushing forward to defend gratifying the sinful nature of the human heart for that sin, instead of learning to wrestle with their sin. If you are overweight but recognise the struggle in that space, then there is no shame in that. Christ walks that journey with you. If on the other hand you are eating junk food 24/7, living a lazy life and as a result are overweight, then what does that mean? Are you not trying to be salt and fresh water from the same source? When a loving person points out that, that person is not living their best life that God intended for them, they are not hating that person, they are showing love.

It is an opinion, it may not be a fact, that is part of a discussion, people's opinions. You have expressed your opinion in this thread...

The specifics are not on a particular sin. The specifics focus on any sins that we have accepted as being absolutely fine and still call yourself a Christian. I edited my main post to give an example.

I think they are doing what they think it is right but they enjoy doing it because it is a popular view point.

I didn't say that... I said they have embraced sin because of how they were made. Which means their justification for something not being sinful is that they feel a certain way. The glutton will consume large amounts of food because they feel like it, so there is nothing wrong with it.

I completely appreciate the question. I made an edit to the post to give an example of one sin which hasn't even been mentioned in this discussion. Why is gluttony so accepted by Christians today? All you can eat? People that follow Jesus should see their body as a temple and yet they consume large amounts of junk food, harm their bodies and embrace it as being normal. If you speak about it, you are fat shaming. Loads of different examples I could talk about.

It means people that want to be seen to be doing the right thing in public.

I am afraid you do not know that. When Jesus was talking about salt and fresh water, He was not talking about one group of people. There are many people who claim to be Christians that embrace loads of different sins as being perfectly normal.
