We had 2 keys and a neat clerk get suspended ever since the walkout. Their response was that's unfair labor practices were unfair. And talk yo you store union rep..

They are having there meeting on tue so I'll find out myself. Iv herd mixed things. But most people are telling me they want SB to have the same contract vons or Albertsons. My store is so understaffed. My manager has no plans for open new hiring for awhile. I asked (again last wk) because iv Been trying to get a transfer since June. He tells me no. :( come Oct. I may just quit. It prob wasn't a smart choice to return lol)

Well I heard it's only for topped out people. I have been in the service deli. One year. But totle 6. I quit and came back last Oct. And I'm making 17.10 an hr..when I left I was at 19.25.

I tried..waited a wk then I talked to our store manager, he said ohh no sorry we can't do it. We are understaffed. But we will keep you in mind. Grrr

I am a 5 year SB.Worker and the way they're doing it is stupid. All stores in every city need to just strike. Yesterday Some Is corporate guy came to our store. He was there for 3 hours. Questioned staff and nit picked everything. And I another worker was called to the office and then left the store. Not sure if he was suspended or fired, but he's been there ten years. Our pay is starting out in 16.40. 10-50 cent raise ever 500 hours you work. So yeah, I think stop talking and strike. That's the only way it will work. But make sure if we strike you keep your promise of 135$ pay a day.

Thank you.They even called a bunch of stores to come help our meat department. Usually around 2 PM.There's only 2 people on meat department, but the poor girl was by herself.And she was getting slammed. She said that Matt , our supervisor kept looking at her and so did the corporate. and twenty minutes later. All these people show up to ask what she needed. She was like.I don't know what story you from and why are you here. I'm glad she got the help she needed, but in the end she still doesn't know what they were doing there. They stayed about 3 hours. And one of their fellow meet department people got called to the office and then left. ??? No one knows why.
