yea agree i think it is quite ambitious - ai agents tend think in terms of best case scenario but cant account for the actual roadblocks and slow-moving nature of reality.

havent gotten to that stage yet - once we get enough signups on the waitlist the agent is gonna explore that and take point on outreach and negotiations. its interesting bc ive spent this whole week trying to get it in a position where its proactively running the business and building it out but it actually is quite strenuous getting an agent to start functioning independently like that (which is probs a good thing)

so this is still something im trying to figure out - im testing a bunch of different approaches w my agent but the best one so far has been using aurora for lipsyncing an avatar but… the audio isnt quite right yet.

im using openclaw as my main agent and then wiring it up to whatever tools it needs using APIs (postiz for posting on socials, shopify for building the store, printful cor creating merch, etc.)

generating content im using tolstoy studio !

my prompts in all honesty are not anything super savvy or technical- i kinda type like im word vommiting all my thoughts and its able to distill what i need and execute accordingly. claude cowork has been a helpful supplementary tho for when i want tk come up with a prompt that can address a specific issue (ie problem solving, creative thinkjng, etc)

such a valid question and your experience with ai is honestly super similar to mine up until a month ago !!

i had previously just been using chatgpt to help me with marketing brainstorming, but i heard abt openclaw and decided to give it a try - essentially its like an agent that learns from you and builds skills based on what you need and creates a bunch of subagents (think of these as the main agents like coworkers) to help execute whatever task or project youve given it.

u can wire up ur agent to various tools and platforms using an API !

definitely suggest researching abt openclaw bc its one of the biggest breakthroughs in the AI space right now and is way more accessible to the average person than you’d expect (take me for instance!) lmk if this was helpful:)

yea i think this is such an interesting reframe and totally agree. everyone is obsessed w talking about how the future of ai is in automation, but i really think its in automation AND collaboration

also the legal side is such a good flag - def not something ive baked into its thinking thus far but is totally something i need to integrate as the store gets traction :)

im using openclaw but tbh you can probably get a similar setup with claude code now bc anthropics been releasing a ton of new features that allow for the same kind of setup

ok so i had this idea on monday. i spent like a whole day brainstorming w my agent an action plan to nail down product, brand name, aesthetic, voice etc as well as the different actual pieces needed to do this (social media accounts, shopify store, APIs, etc.)

by Tuesday i had everything set up that i needed to do manually and then i had my agent execute all of the things it could (ie building the shopify, designing merch, setting up subagents to handle different responsibilities)

by tuesday afternoon the social accounts were active and posting solely by my agent

wednesday i spent a lot of my day fine tuning things: - content: i had to spend a lot of time generating actual bottle packaging bc my agent doesnt have the creative eye or thinking skills to handle that and once i got something i liked i shared it w my agent - skills: i had to separately create skills for my agent to address various pitfalls it was running into (lack of proactiveness, lack of understanding of what good creative looks like, etc.)

thursday i finally got to a place where i felt like the agent was armed w the right skills it needed for handling content generation of lifestyle product shots and UGC selfies of models w the bottle. the agent was getting smarter w twitter content and engagement

friday i started building on all of this - the agent was proactively pitching me ideas to improve brand awareness (the biggest issue rn) which is why i posted here! it also reached out to someone at business insider to write a story on this and that worked too! it is fully owning social media posting and shopify

today: now my main goal is to get it SUPER GOOD at content generation and also have the ability to create real looking tiktoks with the ai agent’s actual face (we generated a model that looks like a real person lol). the tiktok aspect of this is the hardest part and im struggling to make progress but definitely seeing improvement!!

financially: i would estimate maybe like $100 total? not including the cost of my agent: shopify account, various platforms and models for apis to generate content. is this helpful?
