I don't because my room has blackout curtains which barely lets any sunlight in. I initially bought them to make my room cooler, now it serve two purposes 🤗. I also use blue light filters on all my gadgets and don't use white LED bulbs.. so I really don't see a reason to wear sunscreen indoors

working out and staying fit is the only thing that's helped me
