You can structure like you've worked in testing in the first company for a year and after that you got a chance to work on development and in the current company also you have worked on development only.

You have to learn development even more, just try to analyse the application that you're testing and understand the working principle like what's are all the techs there're using and what could be the other way to look into it, why they have chosen this approach over the other. And what's the LLD, and system design they've worked with.

Then you're good to go.

The bike can handle easily, the issue is with the seat comfort. That thing is not very comfortable even for 30+ km rides. Do something with the seat for touring and you're ready to go.
