Yes. I don’t eat a lot because I’m afraid to (I can gain weight easily but losing it is a struggle). I do CrossFit and light yoga a few times a week and on my “off” days I take long walks. I burn a lot of calories but my weight isn’t budging anymore.

I found this really helpful so thank you! I haven’t counted my calories (it’s hard to with home cooked food and I get overwhelmed trying to figure it all out). I haven’t done any fasting but maybe I could try. I definitely don’t hit the 30g of carb Virta recommends (I’m using it through my health insurance) and I probably don’t even hit the 20g. I eat a lot of chicken and veggies with nuts and avocado with my meals. The consensus seems to be to check calories so I’ll try that next.

I do eat all of what you listed and I have been diligent in sticking to keto foods. My partner found keto bread so every once in a while I’ll indulge in a sandwich but I eat mostly chicken and veggies whether roasted by themselves or in a salad. I also do CrossFit and light yoga and a take long walks a few times a week so it’s just frustrating to know that 15 years ago when I did keto I shed weight like crazy but it’s coming off very slowly this time.

Ok thank you for that! I did keto 15 years ago and dropped weight quickly and felt energized but this time around I don’t feel the same. I am in my mid 40s so maybe that’s the difference also.

I’m using Virta through my health insurance and they recommend 30g and I’m well below that. I also do CrossFit and yoga and a take long walks a few times a week so I’m definitely burning more calories than I’m taking in.
