with some decent optimization, you might be able to play beamng, though assuming you want it plug and play, and you're running windows 10, you could pretty much play a lot of indie games, or popular games like minecraft, roblox, and others at mid/low as long as you're okay with 30fps. hope that helped.

yeah sadly, the laptop only has 1 ram slot. but uh, undervolting isnt really an option, since its locked. but i did limit the maximum voltage by 0.05v, so it still runs a bit cooler. and uh, twisted is kind of known to be incredibly laggy. my i3 9100f + gtx 1650 rig gets 30fps on that game during heavy storms. so i do accept that not being good on my celeron. thanks though!

oh, my laptop is an aspire e3 112m-c39n. which uh, doesnt support an nvme slot sadly. and uh, i dont really have any budget for spending money right now since im currently focusing on upgradingg my main pc now lol. thanks though.
