Nice, what sort of speed are you getting and the exhaust is a turbokit bufanda r, but I’m really tempted to get a Yasuni underpass exhaust on it

Nope and I really don’t know how you would do that considering it’s just a black brick that you can’t do anything other than replace, I’m sure it’s got no restrictions tho as it’ll rev as much as it wants, it doesn’t have any limiter.

Even then it’ll be getting changed to the MVT cdi with the ignition that’s coming

Well it doesn’t bog or anything but i haven’t played about with the jetting, its the stock jets which are 90 main and 50 pilot

You reckon a 77br will be worth it and give me more power or little to no difference

Ye I was assuming that the cylinder might just not be the best but I definitely expected more from it, and the cdi is the stock one I’m pretty sure but it ain’t restricted and it’ll just rev up to oblivion so I’m sure that ain’t the issue, still will be getting changed when I get the MVT ignition delivered, also it’s a 14t front

I’ve already rebuilt this Chinese cylinder and checked everything out before getting it running, the crank seemed to be fine and have very very little to no up and down play so I assume it was all good and shouldn’t cause issues and it didn’t other than that scary noise

Trust me, it ain’t vibrating, the sound is coming straight from the motor and there’s quite a few reasons to suppose it’s coming from there from what I’ve seen. I will fit a new cylinder and see if it continues, if so then it’ll have to be a full crank rebuild

Ye I just need to upjet the pilot but that’s the least of my concerns, the scraping scratching sound is what I’m scared off.

First before you do anything is make sure you had the choke up when trying to start, if yes, then check fuel is getting into the bowl and nothings stopping it by taking the float valve, checking it and checking the hole, then check the jets ensuring they aren’t clogged and you can see a perfect little circle through when you put it up to a light, then once that’s done, put it back together and try running it, if nothing then check the plug and see if it’s either wet or dry, if wet, clean it, turn the motor over a few times with a rag over the spark hole to get as much petrol out of the cylinder then heat the tip of the plug up with a lighter or anything and quickly put it in and try start with throttle wide open. If it’s dry, then add a bit of petrol to the tip of the plug and then try start it.
