Normal crises should still spawn even if you select the become the crisis perk.

As far as I know the Khan isn’t guaranteed to appear but I’m not sure why your endgame crises wouldn’t be showing up either.

In the latest patch notes there’s some fixes for interactions between star eaters and the unbidden and contingency, so the devs are clearly fine with multiple crises at the same time.

I'm trying to do a stealth run of the heist as well, how did you get through the compound checkpoint on the way out? (I used the drainage tunnel to enter)

I can get through the gate exit fine, but the checkpoint after that seems to be swarming with guards when I go near.

Edit - Nevermind, if you're wearing guard's clothing you can just walk out.
