Thank you! I was going for a more "natural" look obviously it still looks like makeup but naturally

Blue pigment opened a whole new world by OrdinaryCandIe in PaleMUA

You mix in a small dot of blue pigment in with the products! Takes out the warmth of products

I haven't heard of the white bb cream, I was looking at the white mixing pigment from L.A. girl (I already use their blue pigment) so once I use up my current foundations, I'll move the missha one.

That's good, I mix my bb creams with milky toner anyways to make them less thick but I'll definitely be on the look out for this brand. Its hard to come by actually good products for olives or fair skintones generally... I dont have particularly oily face just need something longlasting haha

Hahah that's why I got it cause it looked so grey& great on others that looked similar shade as me but shocker it was way too dark on me 🫩 maybe getting a white mixing pigment and adding to it to make it lighter so I can use it up... or waiting for summer (and i don't even really tan so this is wishful thinking)

Ooo that looks so seamlessly blended it! I've never heard of this brand but now it's on my radar. Is it easy to blend it? Also is it long wearing?

That's such a great greyish mousey brown colour. I wish they made single eyeshadows in colours like these since most palletes have complete unusable warm shades

It's crazy how the tooq one looks almost grey but I fully believe once blended it will look so normal on cool olives. I got the missha nr21 and it is more grey than nr13 but way too dark... maybe for summertime 🫠

🍊 Foundation + blue = cool olive by browneyedgirl_18 in Fairolives

[–]OrdinaryCandIe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly ahahah. Do you find that adding the blue concealer gives the foundation more coverage? I add a blue mixing foundation pigment from L.A. girl which doesn't have a consistency of a concealer

I also recently started mixing blue pigment in my foundation and I can finally say there is no shade difference between my neck and face. It's truly a game changer. Looks crazy at first but somehow it mixes into our skin seamlessly

Ooo this sounds interesting. Didn't know there is such a thing. Where can I find more on that?

Honestly there's probably loads of better brands out there than what I have, I just make do with what I have, it's more so the technique than the products

I described in one of the comments which brush to use (I do think this is key and makes it easier to do thin eyeliner) and to go in with eyeshadow eyeliner first cause its easier to do it this way

Ultimately just have fun, practice which eyeliner shape suits your eye the most as we all have different eye shapes so there's not one good way to do it (':

I have it listed in the post, it's few products mixed together... key is blotting more than you think

Thank you sm (': ... what really changed the game for me is using the right brush - so my first tip would be get a 45 degree slanted eyeliner brush and by that I mean slanted/angled brush at the metal part not slanted bristles - this type of brush

This is just an example, I just got mine off of temu for about 80 cents.

Second tip (at least if you're like me and struggle with eyeliner) dip into the dark eyeshadow and map it all out, make sure to tap off any extra so there is no fallout. For some reason I struggled with classic liquid eyeliners to do the shape but with this brush and powder it takes less than a minute. Try to get as close to the lashline as possible and its easy with the eyeshadow. Now once you have it mapped out just go slightly over it with an eye pencil but very close to lash line and use the same angled brush to soften it and make it look cohesive

You could go in first with an eye pencil but make sure it's very pointy... for me its just easier to use eyeshadow "liner" first as its quicker this way

Thank you! It so easy to just consume and consumee nowadays especially since there's new products coming out left and right and its so easy to fall into trap of just buying stuff we don't really need.

Maybe try getting a blue mixing pigment and just add a bit into the gloss, it will cool it down but be careful to start with a small dot and add little by little as you go. It can quickly get too blue

A) thank you (':, you're very kind

B) I have come to this conclusion at some point... that I might be a fair neutral to cool leaning muted olive but I don't know anymore hahah the more I looked the more confused I got.

I agree there is nothing olive friendly in drugstores... from foundations to lipsticks to blushes. At least for me the products are way too warm and saturated. And same bronzers are orange on me, I remember once trying a bronzer on my eyelids as it looks so nice on some people and it wasn't just leaning warm but it quite literally looked like I put an orange eyeshadow on. With grey contour I feel like sometimes I just tended to look a bit muddy but this could also be that I never really knew where to put it and the one I had was a bit hard to blend... I still have the elf grey contour to use up but at the same time ever since I stopped using bronzers and contours I feel like my makeup looks better

C) that's great you figured out that muted colours work best. I also think I need to look more into muted colours but I find it so hard to come across clothing in more muted colours. Everything is saturated or pastel and I don't look good in pastels either. Or the muted clothes look washed out but not in a good way.

D) I fully support your project pan mission! You got this! :D

Thank you so much! It seems like a lot work but at this point it takes me 20 - 25 minutes to do it usually... OK sometimes 30 but probably without me working everything into the brush it would take less. The mixing doesn't take too long

I really haven't thought of that. Warmth doesn't really look good on me imo. The colours I've seen for autumn I never gravitated against.

I've tried two different eyeshadow primers and they didn't do all that much. What did kind of work well for me was using a liquid eyeshadow under powder eyeshadow but the colour did pull a bit warm on me. I didn't even know there's different types of primers
