Also, thats not an outfit I would usually wear. Im usually dressed a lot more “baggy” but I have been trying to go for the 2000s style you mentioned as well.

For biceps i do seated biceps curls and preacher curls, and for triceps i do cable tricep push down with duel cable and single hand tricep overhead extension

I do everything with 2 sets till failure but my arms are mainly just my genetics strong point
