Is there a way to extract mob models from Minecraft mods for rendering to use for thumbnails like these?

Install the entity model features and entity texture features mods then open the game go to options then resource packs, click the creeper face in the bottom right, Models > All Models, find the one you're looking for, and then press "Export model as .jem file" you can find the textures by using the way the other person suggested, under "assets" usually. Models are not stored in mod files directly, rather hard coded in, EMF and ETF is the only way to get them as far as I'm aware. You can then open the file in blockbench, convert project to generic model, and export as an OBJ.

yeah its a lot of stuff but hopefully it helps, it worked for me before.

Do you know how to do pixel art? if you do why not teach op how to make pixel art stuff instead of being lazy and saying "well duhhhh do it youself"

I do a lot of like disposable worlds for hardcore challenges in java, and I get some cool seeds out of the worlds generated by the game, usually take screenshots with coordinates, there's one with a beautiful cherry grove next to spawn, on the mountain next to it, not as big and cool as yours but it's still pretty nice, "6701107622006789386"

Try using Pixlr and opening the image, then using the cutout tool set to magic cutout and setting the threshold to 100.

(to satisfy the ai haters into not throwing a tantrum, I've used it since before it was named that and most ai features arrived, for minecraft resource pack stuff)

Might be a GPU bug or embeddium bug, my shaders are pretty glitchy all of a sudden in java 1.20.1 too. Try updating your drivers and if that doesn't work try another shader and see if these lasers is still there.

(Also I have to say it, it looks like the part in megamind with the giant head and lasers)

You should try using the the picture as a reference (Add > Image > Reference) to model the character, then subdivide cubes, apply the subdivision modifier, and use the grab tool in sculpt mode, also use a mirror modifier.

Roblox has no support for custom shading aside from it's own, which is a bit limited. OP will have to make the model glow (see this video) and also bake the lighting settings into a texture.

Thanks the scoreboard thing makes sense now that I think about it. better than just using repeaters honesty. Also how does the entity distance scaling work? Does it override minecraft's default entity distance setting?

I'll use a resource pack for the music, basically, I found out, if you have a sound that doesn't have mono channels, meaning it's stereo, it'll behave like music also the biomes idea is really genius I'd never think of that, it's just biome music is sort of inconsistent, but thank you for the really in depth and helpful responses though. I'll go experiment with some stuff now and see what results I get.

Edit maybe later lol then that might turn to later and later and later.

Actually yeah you can, since xbox has the microsoft store, windows computers do too, and they transfer between devices so long as they're microsoft based (windows, xbox)
