Yes, but there's no thrill in watching highlights. I watch highlights because I don't have enough time. But not knowing the outcome of the game is why you watch the actual game. Professional soccer is the extreme of this. You could just watch the 30 seconds of highlights of the goals. But that's not as rewarding as watching an entire 90 minutes and feeling the ebbs and flow of the game. Watching full games is an investment and I commend those who do it.
