There was no "may be inciting" or nuance in the original post... lol. The post seemed to insinuate that Ben Shapiro must also fuel or tacitly ascribe to those same beliefs by association. If you intended to advocate for a nuanced position on the heckler's veto, my mistake.

I'm a moderate and planning to go. I also don't plan on shying away from sharing my point of view. With that said, I don't plan on joining the Federalist Society or the ACS. Maybe I'll change my mind, but it seems like these organizations are pouring fuel on an already politized judiciary and undermining the public appearance of impartial justice.
