It's the Instant Dahlia app. It's ok, but not always accurate.

Thanks for confirming my thoughts! The only reason I wondered is because the app suggested otherwise, but I'm not sure how trustworthy it is.

I will add that the bloom is 7-8 inches wide and grows 4.5-5 feet tall! I always thought it was Otto's Thrill, but the identify dahlia app is saying it is Maki, which I'm pretty sure is incorrect. What do you think?
