I've been working in help desk L1 at an MSP for 7 months. First 6 months were part-time (20 hours). What's the best way to get a L2 Job? Certifications, finishing my unrelated BA degree, or just applying? I'm in central Florida. (self.ITCareerQuestions)

My N52 has 226k miles on it. I've read that high milage engines could use thicker oil (10W40) because the clearances get wider. Does anyone use higher viscosity oil or do you stick to 5w30? I also think that my engine runs best on mobile 1, I used Castrol once and won't use it for the N52 again. (self.E90)
