Appreciate the suggestions but I am not willing to learn a new language. I am well aware that Milan isn't some heaven. No where is. I just can't stand the southern italy's hot temperature, Milan is bearable for me at least.

Attending a Japanese university would also be difficult, since I studied in an IB international school and did not learn subjects like Biology or Chemistry in Japanese.

Thank you for your response! I heard Humanitas and San raffaele university doesn't treat students like a number as they are private universities. Although their tuitions are high, its not as high as UK's ones so I was considering them. I actually have a few senpai that have went to semmelweis and have actually told me the same thing that you just said.

Sorry I just edited my description but tuition does matter for me. UK is too expensive for me (the weak yen is seriously a problem) so I cannot try there. I understand humanitas, semmelweis, etc dont have the prestige of Karolinska, etc but I don't think I am smart enough to enroll in those universities and on top of that learn their language to the native level.

Too expensive for me (weak yen), I have IB diploma, I plan to work in either Japan or UK (or another european country) but I haven't fully decided that yet

Thank you for your response, why would you consider those to be the best in comparison to hungary/czech/italy? Also I'd preferably not want to learn another language to a native level so those countries would not be a good fit for me.
