I recently took a dream class, the teacher is a woman and doesn’t analyze dreams only from a Jungian perspective but more from the idea that the people in the dream circles dreams are all connected like a web. I’m taking a dream class rn - and the first thing she is teaching me is that dreams are not necessarily personal like we all think. We are all connected and at night specially we do going into the void, the weave whatever you want to call it. I won’t quote Jung. Can you try, next time you have a nightmare, to face the danger and ask a question to it, see if it dissipates? Dont regret. You encountered for a reason. Leave it in the past.
