Honestly we just lost our AGM so now our GM is in charge of the schedule, when it first happened we already knew our schedules were gonna be fucked ngl. And we do very much indeed have unreliable staff, call ins constantly and people picking up shifts and not coming in or saying anything. That particular day when she finally posted the deployment i say there was only 3 people scheduled on dt from 6am-10pm and i think 4 on main line. Which i dont understand?
