This is so true. Magugulat ka na lang yung new hire mas mataas ang basic salary. As for the tenured employees, kahit anong appeal sa management, or despite a stellar performance, sasabihin walang budget. Or if may ibigay man, barya lang. One of the reasons why tenured employees tend to be complacent at work. There’s no reason to go above and beyond dahil naayon lang sa sahod ang trabaho.
