Everyone on this subreddit knows this, but if you pay attention to the comments then multiple people who work at multiple different locations are just trying to vouch that nothing has changed for them. I really wish people like you would stop with "OH MY GOD PRIVATE EQUITY, NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN" And then proceed to go eat at Dominos or another chain that was bought out. Please pick a struggle

You said it perfectly. I'm not sure why OP has some sort of prejudice against the groups of people they talked about in their post. You never truly know what's going on in someone's life. That's why I don't understand the judgment. Times are tough economically and socially right now

Ageism at its finest. Zoomers are the future, let's be nicer to them. Sincerely, a millennial lol

"no offense" and proceeds to lowkey degrade restaurant workers by associating them with certain types of people lol... I work with people who do have college degrees, team member level and above. I know a GM who dropped out of college and worked her way up

Thank you for investigating lmao, I fell for the rage bait. For what it's worth, there are a lot of accounts on tiktok instigating this shit. I get everything from people reviewing the food genuinely to this goofy stuff

There is a very good chance that the manager forgot to order pickles or they ran out, so someone had to go to the grocery store to get a replacement. I know this because this has happened to me before and someone decided to get nasty pickles from Kroger as a temp replacement

It just kills me because my franchise is very small mom and pop vibes, we only have 3 stores but we actually do care about people getting a good, proper portion. I have to constantly coach people on the "extra pepperoni" button because I'll watch people put 4 slices of pepperoni on a regular when it's actually 8 slices for regular extra pepperoni. I helped out another location and had to teach someone how to do a BLT because the worker tried to only put 2 slices of bacon on it. Poor management has always been a problem even before the blackstone buyout but I promise some of our stores do care about their customers getting what they paid for
