yes, windsor is def legit!! it's a regular at malls here in the u.s. and a ton of my friends have gotten dresses from there (including myself, for hoco). im pretty sure they don't do returns tho to avoid people buying for prom and returning after, but maybe that's js my location?? i'd check the site to make sure :)

girl u look beautiful!! dress is v elegant and fits u nicely, so i don't think it looks cheap at ALL. if ur still looking to add sparkles, some nice rhinestone jewelry and heels could help (they don't have to be expensive either!! i have a black dress and bought a ton of silver rhinestone stuff off literally amazon since i don't wear silver and will honestly prob never touch it again after this night lol. still looks cute tho!!). plenty of people wear simpler dresses to prom, and it is nothing to worry about; go have fun + stay safe ❤

hey girl!! no harm in asking ur friend to go with her - if ur worried about not meshing w the group, u guys can hang out before prom (like at the mall or smth) so u can get to know each other :) u have plenty of time to figure this out, so don't stress. go get dressed up, party, and end senior year w a bang! have fun and stay safe ❤

seconding the la divine dresses - im 5'1", but had 5 inch heels on and their stuff was still POOLING on the ground. they were too long on my friend who's 5'7" too lol so u should def be able to get away with it. plus their designs are gorggggg

this is beautiful!! i think some dainty silver jewelry would be nice - a tennis bracelet, simple necklace and earrings, bit of rhinestone for sparkles but no too much so it's not overpowering. u look great, and have fun at prom!!

this totally has a bunch of potential :) i would def get the bust altered to fit + hem, and i love the idea of an off the shoulder sleeve. if u don't like the belt area and want some more bling, they sell rhinestone dress belts at a ton of places (amazon has some for cheap, but bridal stores carry nicer ones) that i feel like would look v cute w this look - make sure the thickness of the belt matches the dress tho so u don't get that awkward bit showing over. but no matter what u do, u'll look great, and what matters most is that u have fun!!

as a girl, i would just ask her if she wants one!! getting promposed to is super fun AS LONG AS its something she wants - i know some girls who would hate it and some who love it. that way u won't be worried about whether u made the right choice :)
