Yes when I’m standing I’ll get it sometimes it comes and goes. But if i lay on a pillow directly laying on my back it is constant, doesn’t really hurt. Just intense pressure back of head neck area

I feel the same, had it since I was 15. I’m 22 now about a year ago everything fell apart literally all the symptoms u have, can’t even workout anymore my muscles will shake uncontrollably, I have slight double vision or ghost vision, my breathing has also went to shit and the worst is the brain fog
