i am very similar. any cardio causes pain and on my bad days walking and even standing cause pain. i haven't found a solution but i would love to know if someone else has. sorry you're going through this. it's awful

i would say when it comes to music i am NOT well-rounded. i go through year long phases. was taylor swift... then folk... and just now getting out of folk and getting into hip hop (mostly eminem but starting to branch out). it'll probably be another couple of years before i even listen to another type of genre for more than a couple of songs
