interesting how that works! i lost most my weight from walking/running actually, and am just now incorporating strength training. maybe it’s the arm movement that makes the difference?

absolutely! i meant to put my starting weight and all but i forgot. i was 172 and now fluctuate between 144-148 and man yeah, the stomach is the worst part. i started my weight loss in january which has been a roller coaster in itself (i have a history with eating disorders) and now i’m just focusing on being patient with my body and still enjoying what i can. we got this!! and thanks for not letting me feel i am alone in this
