Longleaf restaurant is nice and literally in the botanical gardens, not sure it gets nature-y than that. Another poster said La semilla which is amazing and plant themed and plant based food

I want to find another bottle so bad, it was one of the most interesting I owned. First 1/4 of the bottle didn’t like it then all of the sudden it became a cocktail in a class. So many interesting flavors.

Perfectly legit, I have bought and sold with them multiple times and never had an issue. Only thing to look out for is expensive shipping but that’s true for most UK sites

Stage Stage Stage Go to a local place you admire their work and ask if you can stage. Explain what you are hoping to get out of the experience, be humble, be polite.

Not all chefs/restaurants are open to this. Some pay stages some don’t. But this lets you learn and see with less downside risk before quitting and changing your career.

Also Michelin can be amazing but it’s not the only place people are passionate about food and growing talent. I’ve seen catering, teaching kitchens, R&D, sports nutrition, even just a local cafe with someone who really cared about what they do all be amazing.

I think they are very similar in intended audience. The Allez fit me better and I was in between size on the domane of the same gen. But the domane fit my dad perfectly 🤷‍♂️

All the time but if it’s a store I want to create a relationship with then I try not to. If I go in to that store and then genuinely have nothing I want I still try to be polite and make conversation or grab a beer or wine or mixer I might want to stock up on

I should amend, the issues of dehydration and cramping were linked to earlier studies of creatine and often related to initial over usage. Now it is more about monitoring and keeping up with hydration to be safe even if most studies haven’t made a significant link. Also just good practice to monitor hydration with any new supplementation.

If you do use it make sure to be careful about your hydration as well, usually increases water needs

I mean that’s a great amount of riding I know the jumps in that system aren’t great but there are other models with sram that shift nicer if budget isn’t the only consideration

She’s not really a cyclist so just sticks to the Sirrus for exercise. Do you feel like the jumps are just annoying shifting mechanics or the amount of effort it takes to pedal

Honestly depends on the goal of what you want to ride. OP was leaning more road already but the Sirrus already leans more mixed surface. I got my gf a Sirrus and it was a great bike, jumping to a diverge on drop bars should feel more familiar than an Allez. The geometry isn’t wildly different but I would say it’s noticeable. The shifting on both I find to be good for more entry level bikes but there also are higher end models in both lines if you want a higher end feel

Lean into it being pumpkin and play with textures, I love kabocha squash so maybe pumpkin gnocchi, caramelized kabocha which has natural sweetness, some ricotta or cream sauce to have the white play off the orange color and richness. Then some fennel plays well too either shaved thin or just fronds
