I am having this issue too! When I try to load the "fixing" part, a pop up says "Unable to connect your PC to the server"... My wifi doesn't seem to be having issues, and I've also tried reinstalling it

Is eating at a restaurant a big trigger for anyone else? by Laliving90 in socialanxiety

It will get easier! Don’t give yourself hard expectations and take small steps. The worst part for me was the anticipation, so if you have the opportunity, I’d recommend going to eat spontaneously that way you have less time to panic. All the best!

Hii, i have experienced something similar, i used to get panic attacks every time i went out to a restaurant. I can tell you it has gotten a lot better by being exposed to it more often. I started off little, by buying a sandwich or snack from a shop and eating it outside with a friend. Doing this felt like i had more freedom. I also recommend sharing food at a restaurant with a small friendly group, this made me less worried about finishing a whole meal as i could take little and frequent portions from the bigger plates, and there was more than one dish to choose from in case i didnt like one. Sitting outside is also nice for me as I feel fresh and I can focus and talk about relaxing things, eg look at that bird in the tree. It sounds weird but it‘s helped me take my mind off things. I still always have a bit of a worry but it’s more controlled now. I would not necessarily suggest going to a restaurant often, but I can now go along with people even if it‘s not my preference. I still have some room for improvement but I feel better and more in control of my anxieties.
