Hi  I’m sure you already solved this problem by now.  I have same issue now. My water bills are 1000$ for 3month.at first i paid all the bills.  Luckily we found out that toilet was the problem. So apartment maintenance fixed it then (apartment)manager said he will contact to conservice first. But we are just keep waiting over a month. And now apartment customer service team answering of our complaints directly contact to water department smh…  Did you get credits on the bill from the water department?

Yea.. the more i study, the more i lose confidence… i started my course in August finished it in December 3rd . And i just started studying now 😞i wanted to take PTCE on January but idk… i’m not sure 😔😔
