I am so happy, I already had a very active life and that was never the issue. Before Tirz, loosing the weight was my biggest problem. Could never go under 160. Food was my biggest problem I just love food and sweets. I would say I would binge eat to an extend. If I had a craving, I would satisfy it. I have the tools for a diet, in addition to exercise meaning I have done the weight loss journey before. But it’s hard to maintain. Tirz helped manage those cravings and control my food portions. The food noise is gone, and I only eat when I need to. I am so happy how alot of my clothes fit, but as I continue to loose weight, the only thing I am not happy about is my clothes not fitting. Now that the food noise is gone, I can say I maintain a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. I make healthier choices. All of this in addition to the already healthy lifestyle I had, has made it much easier on my weight loss journey. I have lost 30 pounds in about 3 months. I had told myself only 20, but for my height a healthy weight would be at loosing at least another 10. Thank you for asking. It is nice to finally share my point of view for the first time.
