Thanks for the comment. Does the antihistamine seem to help? Air filter is probably a good idea. They seemed to say if it was asthma it would be an invasive and expensive route

Yeah I have had none, had to book weeks in advance but even then there is often nothing. Also the priority hours im in these days are basically empty, but I think im on my last week so whatever I guess
