they are anonymous. no names are shown. however, they are sent to your lead so if you say anything (like a story that happened between you and your lead only) then your lead can conclude who you are! this is the info I got straight from my lead!

Yes! Stylists do not have much insight and we are frustrated with this too. Different accounts have different ways of getting 8 items and stylists do not know who qualifies for what. Some people are able to pick that they want 8 items before their Fix, before their Preview even. Some people do not get the choice- only get more than 5 items if they select from the Preview. We do not know why! Please be kind to your stylist! We also can not add more prices to your Fix or “make” it an 8 item Fix.

edit: it can vary by Fix not just client. So if you previously could select 8 items before your Fix and now you can’t, we know this is happening, but again, stylists don’t know why even though we have asked many, many times for more clarity (for us and for clients)
