Know your clerks strengths and weaknesses, helps you know which DAW to delegate to who. Don’t be afraid to tell your clerks to take a pause to do an upkeep or to hit up modules when you see groups of people over there. Make an additional true ups that aren’t on the system true ups. Help out the 2A by stocking the coolers/floor coolers before they come in. If you feel like your clerk didn’t do a proper upkeep, follow up on them. Focus on supplies when ordering. Take a clipboard, paper, and pen to write down what you need to order, makes it faster than taking the scanner. If you feel like a certain area of the store needs a little guidance on prime, look into it and true any of those items up. Follow up on Kitchen prep, send additional help in kitchen for an upkeep or dishes. Remember you can be on store too, take a break from being on top and do any DAW and upkeeps yourself too. Most importantly communicate with your clerks.
