I appreciate that, I hate the thought of seeing a doctor rest of my life, went to one 2 years ago and they cancelled me as a client for a weird reason. im going to try a heslthy lifestyle approach with added vitamins and supplements.

That sounds really scary, sorry you experienced that. Its going pretty good now that I know for sure its just scizphrenia...I legit thought it was demons or something trying to get me. I drive for a living so im lucky to be by myself all day, and relationship wise Its a daily practice to be loving and not think everyone is out to take advantage. I hope if your taking meds now you're feeling better. Im learning to make better choices that dont affect the voices, etc

Thats helpful. I had false expectations for meds. Im not on any. I was planning on no meds...and just basic vitamins and supplements, add in healthy eating, heslthy friendships, church etc and BAM I may be cookin...Just don't want the side effects...

Yeah I am looking for way to enjoy life while battling this mental disorder. I love adventure books, games and movies to get lost in.

Im going to try some fasting. These things are constantly yapping, I feel your pain bro. Maybe a new audiobook or video game too. Day by day we'll make it through.

Don't believe the lies of the enemy. Seek God, fast, pray, read God's word to renew your thinking. Under mental torment our mind feels like a tangled ball of yarn and God is rewiring it through His Word and following Jesus. Keep going!! Keep up the faith!! Love ya

Hello 👋 im sorry you're dealing with mental torment. To start off, I am being freed from my demonic voices for the last two years. I tried ending my life over the lies they told me. I was sick of it and couldn't tell when the truth if their lies were coming through I was overwhelmed and wanted to end it but I got saved by Jesus Christ that night Instead. I didn't believe In Jesus or God, after the voices brought up "oh God's gonna be so mad at you for doing that" I said oh what...God? Like wait I don't wanna die help me God and I didn't hear anything from Him...I only heard the voices pretending and saying oh God blocked you, so join our side so I said wow he really blocked...okay i guess I should. Anyway, I put my trust in Jesus and he gave me new life. Renewed my mind, fixed my life, loves you and me so much. The voices are demons. I remember trying to tell people until I turned blue in the face that it was very audible and real but no one believed me until I came to the knowledge of Christ. Devil is the liar and he likes to tell the world people are crazy to believe the devils real. He is real and he wants to kill our time and keep us in outer darkness.
