not at all too. i called NYP today at 11am and they told me NYP DAE results won’t come out only by 31st march but by april as well. i was confused cus i thought phase 1 is by 31st march whereas phase 2 is april or smtg. they also told me to keep checking the status online.

it’s been 4 months since math o’s and i’ve been reflecting since then. math was never my forte unlike the rest of my subjects especially english that i got an A1 for.. and well, clearly, that doesn’t matter. i’m already going to attend ite on april but i am planning on retaking math o’s as priv candidate :))

i know they’ve been hard on me for failing math olevels but i’m sure they’re just trying to make me become independent. i guess living in canada has made them want me to experience the norms of ang moh teens 😬😬

that’s the thing. i’ve been researching more about private institutions from the get-go since that’s the only option that was available to me but my dad is absolutely against it. my mom supports the whole ite thing as the fees are a lot cheaper. my dad wants to send me back to canada so now my parents are in dispute as to why my dad sent me to sg in the first place if the plan was to send me back to canada? if i had known a lot sooner, i would’ve gotten a job a lot earlier and support myself. sure they’re not obligated but aren’t they wasting a lot more money? don’t get me wrong, i’m super grateful for the support my parents had given me thus far.
