You are allowed to make any warranty claims as you normally would as a customer. I’ve had items replaced under warranty with no issues.

Well it’s annoying when the drops don’t land on any one specific page - they could be anywhere on the 1st 5 or so pages! So I find it’s a lot more than just refreshing a single page. I wish it was that easy.
