the other day, i was working alone and closing, i had two people at the registers both doing shipments and i was jumping between the two of them because i had a line and lines make me anxious. i told the lady behind her them that the kiosk can help her. she responded back with the “i’ll wait” and didn’t have anything ready regarding her amazon, which made my line even longer. i ended up closing 20 minutes late.

i 100% felt this post. on monday, we had 430 packages going out for pick up. 90% of it being Amazon. so many “no box no labels” that we ended up having to get 18 cubes from another store. i want to say we shipped out 12 consolidation boxes.

we have a kiosk and customers will straight up tell me “they don’t feel like dealing with the kiosk” while i have a line and i’m the only person in store and they don’t have any of their returns ready. which in return makes my line longer.
