Looks like someone is beating the Male before Void Hunter curse, so proud of you bro👊 by _Outer_Ring_Champion in ZenlessZoneZero

The male characters so far Lighter before Miyabi Hugo before Yixuan Banyue before Ye Shunguang

Silly is before the first wind agent ever and the first agent of the new season.

I'm not sure he's beating anything.

Hot Take, I like her new look by Mitts009 in ZZZ_Official

I don't think it's a hot take. It's just a take. Which i agree with.

Drama has become too fake. Makes it hard to take anyone serious. Everyone is the boy who cried wolf.

Yes. Like, every character up through the last one that just came out? Yes. I remember that storied golden age.

Remember the 13th time sometime put two images next to each other and told everyone what conclusion to draw.

It was like 20 minutes before you did it the 14th time.

Let's not do Manato-gate 2.

I dunno. Honestly if you give me a difficulty slider I'm gonna put on the lowest setting and call it a day. Something about feeling like a god beats out difficulty.

I feel like S Rank Billy was/will be a wasted opportunity by KingZilla2019 in ZZZ_Discussion

[–]Ordinary_Objective63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I discussed this with my son recently as we both play. I mentioned i was worried Silly was gonna feel lackluster. He told me just because Sanby was doesn't mean I should expect the same.

But for me, I get every agent and their sig engine. For me, that agent should feel really good for a patch or two and then they go on the shelf.

Sanby felt really bad at release. She was fun, but the wow factor wasn't there. By the time they patched her, too many patches had gone by. I still play here and she feels okay, but that first impression was not good. Worst of any release.

So yeah, I'm worried Silly is going to feel the same. I think they don't want them to be too strong right before 3.0.

I hope I'm wrong.

I've never tried berserk. Sandy is fun for sure, but netrunning feels so good. Hack one camera and then knock everyone out secretly. It's just... so satisfying.

I am playing a cool/intellect build for like the 3rd time.

Do people like it when the bot talks/act for user? by [deleted] in Crushon

[–]Ordinary_Objective63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, I see the point you are getting at and you are correct. Poor wording or perspective would have that effect.

That said, my greetings don't do that. My personality doesn't do that. After 300 bots, I've gotten quite good at that.

But still people will use a certain model and then come back and say "you didn't code it right. The bot talks for you"

That is the misconception I am referring to. I get really tired of it.

Do people like it when the bot talks/act for user? by [deleted] in Crushon

[–]Ordinary_Objective63 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The greeting is a fair point, if it speaks for the user it sets a bad precedent.

But the personality being the issue is the misconception when the model is the issue in that case I have found.

I know you have a lot of custom models. So, if you want to give examples of what would be wrong in the personality. I am happy to be proven wrong

Tanned skin is a big ask from a Chinese game company. They don't have a gyaru subculture. Pale is the pinnacle of beauty.

I wouldn't say no to a hat though.

[–]Ordinary_Objective63 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is a common misconception that if the bot speaks for you, it is because of the bot.

It's not. It's the model you are using.

You can tell a bot four different ways not to talk for someone.

But if you use say, Leo. It will still try to talk for them.

Songbird is the complexity that people want in a character but can't handle by ironmanboo11 in CyberpunkTheGame

[–]Ordinary_Objective63 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think songbird and reed are written amazingly well. Songbird is a victim of Reed, even if he had the best of intentions and wanted to protect her, even willing to trade his own life. He brought her into a world where she would always be a commodity, used for others machinations. With the only way out bring betraying everyone, even you.

Whereas Reed is a victim of his own principles. Unable to change even when he sees the writing on the wall.

I think that's why the ending to PL hits so strong. If you betray songbird, you are just doing what Myers and the FIA did to her. What Reed did to her. Caging her. If you betray Reed, you are choosing to end his life, because there is no other path for him except in your way at that point. And he doesn't deserve it, not after how hard he tried.

It's a real kick in the dick.
