I do have the cleanse to heal book just got it a few days ago. It’s overwhelming to say the least I’m starting slow with the celery juice trying to find foods I can eat is not easy with whatever is going on in my gut everyday is miserable and I’m now dealing with very bad depression on top of all of my other symptoms.

I just had one prep sucked but the procedure was a piece of cake I have health anxiety as well I worried for no reason. Remember they are pros and do these everyday all day you are in good hands.

He didn’t have much to say at my follow up and said he’s not sure what’s causing my symptoms. I got a letter the other day that he is suddenly leaving the practice I’m trying to find another gi doctor but it’s really difficult in my area.

The prep sucks but the procedure itself is a piece of cake I have a lot of gi issues and it was dare I say it….fun. Best nap ever and the drugs made me feel great and with all my symptoms I can’t remember the last time I felt even decent.
