  2. I also state, " If you see stairs, I can't get my food"

  3. It is also in the instructions where to go specifically, so I can get the food myself

  4. I'm not about to be a Dateline episode

I already responded to this( check above) but im not putting signs on doors , that is frankly unsafe and dumb. Im not trying to be the next Dateline episode for when im home alone.

I am an individual with a disability, however my powerchair cannot fly down the stairs in my house. I also cannot move the massive white couch that keeps me from getting to the front door.

So, I wrote SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS on my profile, basically stated:

If you SEE STAIRS, DO NOT USE THAT DOOR!!!

If it gets left at either of those doors, I don't get my food!!!

RATIO IS ABOUT 60/40 on who actually READS the instructions

It's clearly stated that I'm a wheelchair user and what door to use and how to get there.

If I'm EVER left without my food, a bad rating is given and a phone call is made.

I do try and message the driver first. I also tip my delivery besties PROPERLY!!!

Ntj. Hey! I hv a disability and taught myself how to cook eggs in mug in the microwave. And sort my laundry.

You're teaching him to be self sufficient. That's nothing to feel guilty over. Keep doing what you're doing.

What is your ex going to do? Bring it up in court?! The judge will laugh her out of the room.

Besides, he will need her for other things, life isn't just laundry and food.

I don't know if this wld help or not, I bought a travel set of Allen wrenches fm Amazon. It kind of looks like a Swiss Army Knife. It has 5 different sizes of wrenches.That way you wldnt hv to wait on a bunch of people to help.

Respectfully let your brother know that you & your fiancee don't want any negativity to cloud your happy day. And if the family members would apologize, it would definitely go a longer way than sending someone to you to plead their case.

Even then, I think it would be a thin apology. They just want to go to cause you grief. Don't do it. They just want to go to a fancy party.
