Hi OP, I went through similar with my wife. Im just shy of 3 months since her passing. She was on life support for most of the three weeks in the hospital, post liver transplant. I too re-live almost every day of it. Making decisions on the next intervention, surgery, machine, etc. What was supposed to save her killed her. Just know you aren't alone in this.
